All of our full fits include a follow up within 90 days. Saddles come with a Befitting Bicycles 60 day comfort guarantee. Any fit work after 90 days is billed by the hour.*Once deposit is paid we will reach out to schedule your fit appointment during our hours of operation Tuesday - Saturday
*All Contact forms will be responded to during hours of operation Tuesday - Saturday
All cancellations and rescheduling must happen at least 24hr before appointment time
Being more than 15 minutes late will forfeit your appointment time and deposit
Showing up to your appointment unprepared for the fitting may result in a forfeit of deposit or additional labor costs
No-show follow ups cannot be rescheduled
